But being the best wasn't good enough; there was still something missing. And that's when it hit us like a ton of bricks - literally. The hot air ovens most places use just don't produce a high quality pizza, and it shows in everything from the crust up to the toppings. So we studied the time-honored tradition of brick ovens and built an old-world style version that gives our pizza a more authentic taste. This oven allows us to do something most places can't - actually bake the pizza.
